Charlene LeClair (A/K/A THE GIFT DESIGNER) started this business based on the belief that the customers' needs are of the utmost importance, and she is committed to meeting those needs. For many years, Charlene was owner of "Designing Woman", a floral/wedding design/gift service business. Charlene found that word of mouth was her best source of advertising. As a result, a high percentage of her business today is from repeat customers/referrals.
